Personal information
The name of his father Yonus Shaikh Ahmad is an autorickshaw driver. His mother is a field worker. His small brother, Anees is a school dropout. He belongs from Jalna's Shelgaon village in Maharashtra. His wife is Waiza Ansari whom he married after cracking UPSC.
Educational information
Ansar Shaikh completed his higher secondary education in Jalna with 91%marks in tenth. He passed his graduation with political science specialisation from Fergusson college in Pune where he achieved 73%. He cracked the UPSC exam in the very first attempt in 2016 with AIR 361 at the age of 21years. He is currently posted as OSD (Officer on special duty), at department of MSME and textile, government of West Bengal.
